- 03Once you approve your estimate, we schedule an in-home consultation to discuss your vision, budget, desired aesthetic, and any materials or supplies needed. During this consultation, we take measurements and document “before” photos and videos to guide our planning. Estimates remain valid for six months, ensuring you have ample time to make decisions and move forward with confidence.

What happens in a Shore Simplicity-organized space stays there, allowing you to feel confident and supported every step of the way.
- 06You may be as involved in the process as you wish. Many clients prefer to step back and let our team handle the heavy lifting while they focus on other priorities. We begin by carefully emptying and categorizing your space, then review decisions for any items you wish to remove. If you are unavailable during the project, simple markers such as notes or discreet tags can communicate your preferences. Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience, creating organized spaces with clarity, intention, and care while respecting your time and input.
- 07Yes, absolutely. Shore Simplicity maintains trusted relationships with a network of reputable professionals to support every aspect of your project. We can refer skilled contractors for both large and small tasks, as well as trusted plumbers, painters, interior designers, closet designers, estate sale specialists, movers, and realtors. Our team ensures every referral upholds the same standard of excellence and care that defines Shore Simplicity.
- 08Shore Simplicity proudly partners with a network of charitable organizations to ensure your unwanted items are thoughtfully repurposed. We either deliver donations directly or coordinate scheduled pick-ups on your behalf. Our approach follows a clear priority: donate first, recycle next, and discard only as a last resort. Through this process, we honor both your belongings and our commitment to supporting communities and the environment with care and responsibility.
- 09Shore Simplicity is based in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and proudly serves Monmouth County and surrounding areas. Select projects in nearby regions may be accommodated based on scope and availability. Don’t hesitate to contact us for details regarding our travel fees for areas further than one hour from our home office.
- 10Yes. For many smaller or single-area projects, we provide virtual estimates using photos or videos, following a few simple questions to understand your space and needs. For larger-scale organizing projects or specialized services, we offer complimentary in-person estimates. This ensures a precise understanding of your goals and allows our team to provide a tailored plan and thoughtful recommendations.
- 11As our schedule fills quickly, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain a seamless workflow. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, standard policies may apply. We encourage clients to contact us promptly to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
